Matt Poole experiences his first content shoot with the KITBOX team.
KITBOX were launching their much awaited best selling brand TYR!!
'I was asked to join the the KITBOX shoot to promote the release of the upcoming TYR footwear range, as a self certified trainer addict this was very exciting.

The shoot took place at HR4K in Hereford, a very unique location with an amazing setup that included a chill out lounge with a log burner which was welcoming due to the cold weather. It gave me cigar lounge vibes.
Hr4k also have a tattoo studio, refreshment bar, BJJ gym and a small functional gym.

Once everyone had turned up we were given our TYR packs, which was like experiencing a group of children at Christmas. Crossfit athletes love fresh kit, apparently it makes you stronger!
We then heading over to the gym we started to warm up whilst the videographer and photography team did their thing.
Our photographer is a renowned Crossfit Games photographer so I felt very at ease & in good hands.
We each had a few movements to perform so that the media team could use the footage to compose reels or relevant photos for new product launches.

Going back to the chill out lounge to warm up with fresh coffee and pastries.
Riixo surprised us each with a full set of their recovery range. This included a calf, quad, knee, back and ice ball.
I was shocked by this as I thought we might just get one item each to model. This surprise definitely made my early train journey worth while.

It was then time to model the Riixo range, I was given the quad sleeve to model. I can’t thank the team enough for this and have fun with the products so useful with recovery already.
Heading back to the gym once more we had some more content taken before finally wrapping up in the late afternoon.

I would just like to thank you again for giving me the chance to be part of this amazing experience, it means a lot to me and I appreciate how KITBOX values hard working athletes, with the correct work ethic. It was also an amazing way to meet fellow like minded athletes'
