KITBOX Takes to the Track
We recently hosted our third KITBOX Athlete day with a morning spent at Manchester Velodrome followed by a workout and lifting at CrossFit Gritstone in Manchester, owned by the Viking of UK CrossFit Richard Hill.
At this event we welcome some new faces and competition winners Rosy, Patsy and the boys from FORM Leeds.
Kitbox x SwimWOD
SwimWod recently had the pleasure of putting on a SwimWod event for Kitbox during one of their athlete days in Manchester. It was a great day with some amazing athletes so I thought I would write a blog on how the day went.
Ninjas Assemble
Last Friday I was asked as a KITBOX ambassador to join an awesome bunch of athletes, bloggers and influencers on a Ninja Warrior training day. The day started at Total Ninja UK in Manchester where we were all kitted out in some awesome gear from I Can I Will, Rehband, VullSport, Stance socks and Inov8 and set about attempting the Worlds largest Ninja Training Park.
