Its that time of year again, where everyone gets gripped by Open fever for the next 5 weeks.

The Open is a truly global event which brings together the community as a whole: from athletes with regional aspirations to those who have been training for a matter weeks - The Open is for everyone. Its a really great opportunity to bring the gym together too with a lot of affiliates putting on special sessions to get everyone through the WOD and creating a real party atmosphere.

Here at Kitbox, we will publish a series of weekly blogs written by our athletes. As each WOD is released they will let you know their first impressions, expectations, game plans, tips and advice and how they got on in the WOD before. Keep an eye out for our weekly blog and good luck!
