In my early athletic career I swam in many international competitions both as a junior & senior as a member of the England & Great Britain squads. After thisI found Crossfit West Yorkshire & I haven’t looked back since. I took part in the open in 2011 finished in 87th place in Europe. Improving this to 63rd in 2012 & 17th in 2013 I am now focussed on CrossFit and can be see competing across Europe.
