How did you get into the sport?

I trained in London with a person trainer, came back to Cardiff and wanted a challenge.... 

 

What are your proudest achievements to date?

Three months after a suspected stroke, I was back - all down to amazing coaches!

What are your goals for 2016?

I'm cycling from London to Cardiff - raising money for charity.

 

What's your favourite WOD/movement?

My fave? I love anything 'gassy' running rowing stuff like that

 

What's your least favourite WOD/movement?

Pull ups! 

 

What's the best piece of advice you have to give others?

Listen to your coach, a good coach can change how you train.... A positive attitude will bring positive results.

 

What are your gym kit essentials? 

Inov8 shoes.... Essential!
